In a horror story coming out of Oghara, Delta State, an unidentified 60-year-old woman was reportedly beheaded and mutilated by suspected ritualists in front of her house.
The deceased was reportedly on her way to sell cassava flakes (garri) Tuesday morning when she fell victim to the vile ritualists.
The ritualists reportedly cut her head and removed her vital organs, before her mutilated corpse was later found by neighbours lying beside her bowl of cassava.
No suspects have so far been arrested in connection to the unspeakable crime.
Her shocking killing comes bare 24 hours after the police announced the arrest of eight suspected ritual killers, including a woman with 11 human skulls in Ilorin, Kwara.
According to the police spokesman, DCP Jimoh Moshood, items recovered from the suspects included 11 human skulls, human bones, powder suspected to be human bones, human hair and some charms.
He said that the arrest followed complaints to the police in Ilorin of missing persons, kidnappings, and killings for ritual purposes.
