Okorocha’s Son-in-law Nwosu, Announced Imo APC Guber Candidate as NWC Suspends Primary

Confusion continues to engulf the Imo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Uche Nwosu, son in-law to Governor Rochas Okorocha was announced as winner of the primary election.

While Nwosu was being declared winner after the contentious poll, Yekini Nabena, spokesman of the APC, issued a statement to say the primary had been suspended indefinitely.

This comes after claims that a front-runner in the poll, Senator Hope Uzodinma allegedly won the primaries by a different vote count.
