All the 23 players invited for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles have reported for international duty.
The last five players to join the national team at their camp in Asaba were Hapoel Beer Sheva’s John Ogu, Stoke City’s Oghenekaro Etebo, Anorthosis Famagusta goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, Wolfsburg loanee Victor Osimhen and Galatasaray star Henry Onyekuru.
It is however unclear if Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr will give the five players a full workout with the rest of the team.
The Super Eagles players are scheduled to hold a minimum of three training sessions before stepping out onto the Stephen Keshi Stadium turf for the AFCON qualifier dead-rubber against the Pirates on Friday.
Meanwhile, the match will hold without a functional scoreboard after the one installed collapsed on February 6 due to heavy winds, destroying a section of the stadium.
Repair work has not commenced on the scoreboard two days ahead of the tie.
