Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, is a happy man after bagging two nominations in the upcoming International Achievement Recognition Awards (IARA).
The Look into my Eyes singer has been nominated in the ‘best male artist’ and ‘best international male artist’ categories for IARA 2018.
They are his first nods since his acrimonious split from Psquare — the superstar duo made up of himself and his twin brother, Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy.
Mr P took to Instagram to make the announcement, saying: “Shout out to my loyal fans. This one is for you.
“My first ever award nomination. Not one but two! It can only get better and better.
“I’m truly honoured and congrats to other nominees y’all are incredible,” said the artist who has been operating out of the United States since last year.
