Mo’Nique is out here being the hero no one is searching for.
The Oscar Award-winning actress-comedian recently stopped by KTLA Morning News where she spoke, among other things, about comedian Roseanne Barr who recently got fired from her eponymous show for comparing former Obama adviser, Valerie Jarrett to an ape.
Speaking for Roseanne, Mo’Nique said she wouldn’t put Barr on “the racist list” and that she has a “friend” in her. “I remember when I had the Mo’Nique Show, and there were big, major black superstar talent that had white representatives and they told their talent, ‘That show is too black and we really don’t want you to go on there.’ But there was a white woman named Roseanne Barr that showed up for me. … And they didn’t hear the conversation when the cameras wasn’t rolling. … That woman was giving me some beautiful words,” said Mo’Nique.
She added that Barr was her “sister in comedy” and so shouldn’t be discarded because of a “mistake” she made. “My sister made a mistake and she said something I know she wishes she could take back,” she said. “But what I would ask is we don’t throw her away.”
This comes days after Roseanne claimed she thought the former Obama adviser was white. “I thought the bitch was white! God dammit! I thought the bitch was white! F–k!” said Roseanne in a video shared on her YouTube page.

But what I would ask is we don't throw her away.” ________________________________________ Roseanne has since apologized and said she “thought the b***h was White!” Also in an interview with— read more at TheShadeRoom.com!
