Martin Lawrence has taken to his Instagram to confirm that he’ll return to star in Bad Boys For Life.
According to Screen Rant, Sony has been attempting to figure out the right way to bring back the Bad Boys franchise for some time now and it appears that it will eventually happen.
Earlier this year, directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah were hired to helm the project after Joe Carnahan exited the sequel back in 2017.
All these years, it had been difficult to get Will Smith due to his extremely busy schedule. It was later confirmed that his schedule fit the plan to begin production early next year, but Lawrence had yet to agree to star in the sequel.
Now, he has done that.
