The man, Eduardo Leon of Fullerton, who broke into Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills home and spent the night in it, has been charged.
According to Billboard, Los Angeles County prosecutors say the 26-year-old was charged on Monday with felony counts of stalking, burglary and vandalism, and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
Recall that on May 9, he climbed over Rihanna’s fence and broke into her house while she was not in it, and reportedly spent a total of 12 hours there. He was eventually tasered and arrested by the police who were notified of the break-in from a tampering of the alarm system.
Eduardo did not enter any plea yesterday and it is unclear if he has an attorney.
