Linda Ikeji has just threatened to take legal actions against her former staff, Theo Ukpaa, who is accused of rape.
Recall that Theo’s story broke the internet after a woman called Emilia Samuel took to her Instagram to accuse him of raping her when she was only 16 years old.
According to Emilia, she met Ukpaa when she joined the competition for SoundCity’s Spice Girl competition. Ukpaa, who was part of the trainers, began making passes at her. She rebuffed him until he violently overpowered in the studio.
The details are shocking; read it up here.
Linda Ikeji fired Theo immediately she learned of the story, and now has warned him to desist from calling his victims (apparently, he is accused of being a serial rapist), or she will be forced to take necessary legal actions against him.
“If you dare release another statement denying what you did or calling another one of your victims a liar, not only will I expose you, I will have you arrested and charged to court where you can go defend yourself properly,” she wrote.
She continued, “If you think I am going to sit back and watch you victimize your victims, or humiliate them further by making them seem like liars, you have another think coming. What you need now is seek help and if you’re too ashamed to do so, at least hide your head in shame and don’t dare call another girl a liar. Please don’t make me come for you, Theo! Be warned!”
This is interesting coming from Ms. Ikeji, plus folks are wondering what more she knows about him, and why she has not encouraged his victims to take actions against him since she has the resource.
