Kylie Jenner has shared a sweet video of her message for her newborn daughter.
Recall that the reality TV star took to her Instagram yesterday to inform her fans that she and her rapper boyfriend, Travis Scott, welcomed their baby daughter on February 1.
“My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world,” she told her fans in a post that has broken the darn internet. “I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how.”
She went on to describe her pregnancy as a beautiful experience she already misses.
Now, the mum of one has shared the video titled “To Our Daughter,” which opens up with footage from 20 years ago when Kylie was born, before it cuts to Kylie’s friend Jordyn Woods, who narrates the story of Kylie’s pregnancy journey.
“Whatever your name is going to be, this is how I found out about you,” said Jordyn. “Your mother and I were living our lives, having fun. She met your father, and they just hit it off—chemistry.”
“One day I was in your mom’s bathroom with her and she took a little test,” Jordyn continues in a voice over that shows Kylie and Travis hanging out at a beach, kissing and hugging.
Some of the heartwarming moments in the video includes when Kylie sees her sonogram, visiting the doctor, her celebrating her baby shower and when she posesg with her baby bump. There is also moments when Kylie holds Kim Kardashian’s daughter, Chicago West.
“When you’re just 20 years old, you’re just figuring out your life. You don’t know what you want. You’re [an] indecisive teenager, and you’re just becoming an adult,” Jordyn adds. “And there was one thing that your mom knew for sure and that was you.”
Other people who appeared in the video includes Kris Jenner, who told the unborn child, “You’ve got the best mom and you’re so lucky. This is such a blessing. It’s going to be the most amazing journey. I can’t wait to see you, meet you, kiss you love you, teach you things that maybe only I can teach you and your mom can teach you the things she can teach you. So, it definitely takes a village and I learned that along the way.”
The video ends with a sneak peek of the baby’s arm and also a note saying that the baby was born Feb. 1 at 4:43 p.m. and that she weighed 8 pounds and 9 oz.
