The Super Eagles of Nigeria will be without the trio of Alex Iwobi, Ola Aina and William Troost-Ekong for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier with Seychelles.
This was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation late Monday, stating that the key players will be exempted from the game because of injury.

The Super Eagles travel to take on the Pirates of Seychelles on Saturday and a victory will put their qualification campaign back on track after a shaky start that saw them lose 2-0 at home to South Africa.
It is understood that Aina suffered a muscular injury in Torino’s 1-0 victory over SPAL and was replaced in the 86th minute, while Troost-Ekong got injured in Udinese’s 1-0 away defeat to Fiorentina albeit featuring for the entire duration at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
For Arsenal’s Iwobi, he was missing in the Gunners’ 3-2 away victory over Cardiff City in the English topflight on Sunday and has been ruled out of the Eagles clash this weekend.
Galatasaray’s Henry Onyekuru is however in camp and the NFF said he’ll be joined by the rest of the squad soon as coach Gernot Rohr looks to get the preparations off in good time.
