Henry Nnaemeka, the Taxify driver accused of attempting to rape and kidnap actress Dorcas Shola Fapson, has shot down claims that he was arrested.
In case you missed how the recent drama started: Fapson took to her Instagram today to announce that Nnaemeka had been on the run since their drama in January, but he has been arrested by the police and would be charged to court.
“After going on the run, Mr. Henry has been caught and arrested,” she wrote, adding, “See you in court.”
She also urged taxi companies to install dash cams in their cars so as to avoid/curb incidences of sexual assault. “We need a country where women are able to report & share their experiences of sexual harassment, assault, rape, molestation, violence etc without fear of being labeled a liar, thief, prostitute, attention seeker,” she said in the post, adding that the incident should never have been a war of class, rather one of truth.
However, new video of Nnaemeka has just been shared by a source who confirms that he is not police jail as earlier reported.

Fapson has yet to address the recent update. However, she has since turned off comments on her Instagram.
