Last night, Drake brought out Meek Mill at the Philadelphia leg of his Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour to perform the intro of Meek’s Dreams and Nightmares track.
As expected, this triggered hearty reactions from the audience, and it comes merely a week after the Toronto rapper brought Meek to his Boston show.
Recall that their beef started in 2015 after Meek Mill accused Drake of using ghostwriter following their 2015 collaboration “R.I.C.O.” The duo traded shots, the most vicious being Drake’s Back to Back, in which he eviscerated his opponent.
But last week, they quashed the beef, stirring the hip-hop community. “This really gave me peace of mind tonight. Healing and moving forward created one of the most electric and gratifying moments of my career. @meekmill I’m happy that you are home and that we could find our way back to our joint purpose,” said Drake on his Instagram.
Now, he has brought Meek again, confirming that peace is here to stay forever.
