Demi Lovato’s Drug Supplier Says She Knew the Risks With Using “Aftermarket” Pills

Brandon Johnson, the man who has been fingered as the dealer who supplied Demi Lovato with the drugs she overdosed with, has spoken up.

According to TMZ, Johnson was recently told photos that Lovato texted him at 4Am the morning she overdosed, asking him to come over. He already knew what she wanted and so went with some pills which they both “freebased” together. They reportedly had been doing drugs together and allegedly even had a sexual relationship.

These pills turned out to be “aftermarket” drugs which are risky because they were not pharmaceuticals and were much stronger. Johnson denies claims these pills, which came in from Mexico, were not laced with anything else. However, TMZ reports that many of these pills are laced with fentanyl.

After they did drugs together that morning and Johnson left at around 7 or 8 AM, Lovato was asleep. She showed no signs of distress until at past 11: 30 AM when an assistant found she was unconscious and called 911.

Demil Lovato has since been moved to a rehab. For Johnson, who has a history of multiple arrests for being in possession of drugs and guns, it is unclear if he will be charged for this recent case.

Meanwhile, watch his response to photogs here.
