British Prime Minister Theresa May arrived in Nigeria on Wednesday where she was received by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.
May, who first visited South Africa on her three-nation tour of Africa, was decked in an Ankara jacket as she met the Nigerian leader and members of his cabinet.
She’s expected to discuss trade relations between the two commonwealth nations as well as meet victims of human trafficking in Lagos.
The British leader was accompanied on her visit by the country’s Deputy National Security Adviser, Christian Turner, who signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Nigeria’s National Security Adviser Major General Babagana Mongono.
