Blac Chyna Will Ask Police to Investigate Leaked Sex Tape, Says It’s Criminal Matter

Blac Chyna is ready to take up her sex tape leak with the police.

In case you missed the drama: the model’s sex tape was leaked last night by unknown persons, and from the clip making rounds on social media, she is seen engaging in oral sex with an unidentified man.

Reacting to the sad update, her lawyer Walter Mosley, told USA TODAY that “This is a criminal matter for the police to investigate,” adding that the tape was published without Chyna’s consent.

“To the best of my knowledge the tape was first leaked on Twitter from an ‘anonymous’ source,” Mosley said, adding that Chyna is “a very strong woman and strong mother. She’s handling it as you would expect someone who had a tape distributed across the world.”

Also posting on his Instagram, Mosley preached against the culture of assault against women, telling why it is wrong to seek revenge by publishing a woman’s tape without her consent.

Lisa Bloom, who had previously represented Chyna, spoke against this culture of revenge porn, reminding the perpetrators that it is a crime punishable by jail time.

“Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It’s also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke,” she said, adding, “Whether a woman knows she’s being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is. Our bodies, our choice, each and every time.”

This is not the first time people will be hurting Chyna by leaking her private content. Last July, her daughter’s father Rob Kardashian published her nude photos after she left him, and it was for that reason that he got banned from Instagram. The duo have been embroiled in a nasty court case ever since.

It is unclear who hurt Chyna this time, and will they be found? We hope so!
