According to the New York Times, the famous entertainer was convicted by a jury on the second day of its deliberations at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Philadelphia, of three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand, an employee of Temple University who he had mentored.

The three counts include penetration with lack of consent, penetration while unconscious, and penetration after administering an intoxicant , all of which are felonies, each punishable by up to 10 years in state prison.

Recall that a jury considered Cosby’s fate last year, but it ended in a deadlock after six days of deliberations.
