Michelle Obama‘s new book “Becoming” has achieved a publishing milestone.
According to CNN, this was confirmed by Barnes & Noble which said on Monday that Obama had “the biggest first-week sales of any book this year.”
This record was previously held by Bob Woodward who dissected Trump administration in his book titled, “Fear,” which came out in September.
Now, “Becoming” has gotten even stronger sales in its first week, plus this is the biggest first-week sales ever since ‘Go Set a Watchman’ was published in July, 2015.
At the moment, “Becoming” remains No. 1 on the online lists kept by both the Amazon and Barnes & Noble websites. It landed in Amazon’s No. 1 spot on Friday, November 9, and has not budged since.
