Ariana Grande Releases Video for “God Is a Woman,” Featuring Madonna

Hours after surprising her fans with an early release of her new song, God is a Woman, Ariana Grande has now dropped the visuals.

Recall that the track was expected to drop on July 20 off her upcoming album Sweetner, but the singer decided to drop it today to the excitement of loyal fans.

Grande, who had dropped No Tears Left to Cry and The Light is Coming had teased this new song late last month in a post in which she explained that it is about “sexual female empowerment & how women are literally everything.”

On Wednesday, she took to her Twitter to hype the song by posting some of its racy lyrics. “[God Is a Woman] is my favorite,” Grande tweeted. “It makes me cry every time I hear it, you guys r gonna shit. The whole album is fire.”

Now, she has also shared a music video for the track, directed by Dave Meyers and featuring an monologue from Madonna.
