Terry Crews has also taken to his twitter to reveal his experience at the hands of National Enquirer, the tabloid which reportedly is blackmailing Amazon boss Jeff Bezos.
Recall that the Amazon CEO said the tabloid threatened to publish his nude photos if he didn’t stop questioning the company’s motives. He further added that the National Enquirer contacted his lawyer this week claiming to have obtained intimate photos of him and Lauren Sanchez, the former news anchor he had been dating behind his wife’s back.
The news went viral and many people have since spoken up about their dealings with the notorious tabloid. “This same company, AMI, tried to silence me in my lawsuit against WME and Adam Venit by fabricating stories of me with prostitutes—and even went so far as creating fake receipts,” Crews wrote on Twitter.

I called their bluff by releasing their threats online. They blinked. https://t.co/S6lMZ5K6Tb

Crews had sued WME and Adam Venit after alleging that the former agent groped him at a party in 2016. The two parties settled in 2018 and Venit resigned from the company shortly after that.
Also, Ronan Farrow alleged that the media company targeted him while he was compiling an investigative report into AMI’s “catch and kill” policy.
The National Enquirer boss had yet to respond to these accusations as at press time.
