2019: David Mark Formally Declares for President

Former Senate President, David Mark has formally joined the 2019 presidential race.

Mark picked the presidential nomination form of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the party’s secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday.

Speaking shorty after picking the forms, the former military governor of Niger State promised to turn the nation’s economy around in two years.

He however faces stiff competition in the race for the PDP ticket with his successor as senate president, Bukola Saraki, also in the running as well as former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
