Yesterday, the audio record of his outburst at the SNL backstage where he called Taylor Swift a ‘fake ass’ was leaked, and it led to another meltdown on social media with many people diagnosing the rapper of mental illness.

“Look at that shit, they took my fucking stage off ‘SNL’ without asking me. Now I’m bummed. That and Taylor Swift, fake ass,” West said on the leaked tape. And then he seemed to be talking to his team member about cancelling the SNL performance. “Now I ain’t gonna do this, we’re breaking the motherfucking internet. I went through six years of this fucking shit. Let’s get to it, bro. Let’s get to it, bro.”

In a statement to Rolling Stone, Kanye West’s rep said the rapper was only pissed that the SNL crew changed his stage setting without his permission.

But Kanye continued on the tape, boasting about being the greatest artist ever and comparing himself with legends. “Are they fucking crazy, bro? By 50 percent. Stanley Kubrick, Apostle Paul, Picasso… fucking Picasso and Escobar. By 50 percent, more influential than any other human being.

“Don’t fuck with me. Don’t fuck with me. Don’t fuck with me,” he continues. “By 50 percent, dead or alive, by 50 percent for the next thousand years. Stanley Kubrick. Ye.”

Complex reports that it took his wife Kim Kardashian to calm him down before he went on to perform at the stage, and eventually announcing the release of his album
